COACHING & MENTORING OVERVIEW
Coaching is typically structured around shorter term professional goals while holding coachees accountable for reaching goals. Mentors often form longer term relationships as role models and guides as mentees face ongoing challenges. At EL5 Consulting, we do not distinguish between coaching & mentoring because educational leaders need both to maximize their potential, achieve success, and ensure their well being.
